The House of Ancestors

This is a place where our ancestors can become our “angels” and where they can become our “demons”, as well.

It is a place where we can choose which ones they are going to be. Since this place is a part of our internal landscape, we have the option of choosing even when we don’t know how to exercise it yet. And it is quite simple. In fact, the more simplicity you can keep in it, the easier your choice will be.

Practice: place two objects in front of you – any ones – chairs, plates, books, anything. Chose one, really make a choice inside, so you know exactly how it feels. You need to practice making choices like you would practice riding a bike; it is a learned skill and it needs repetition. When you choose one object, take it and hold it in your hands, so the sensation of making a choice becomes more known and familiar to you.    

The act of choosing has really nothing to do with the attributes of the object (the act only obeys your intention). Attributes cloud your intention and intensify your doubts. Let your doubts go.

Choose one object a few times, feel it, then switch and choose the second one, with full resolution. Exercise the power of your choice. When you get a taste of it, you can move on to internal choices – such as choosing the attributes of your ancestors.

It is only an illusion that our ancestors are fixed characters in our stories. In reality, they become more and more flexible and we get more strength to choose how they affect us as time goes by.

In this way, our grandparents and our great-grandparents have more resources for us to choose from than our parents do. Ancestors who passed away are a larger part of our landscape and are more available to become our “angels” or our “demons” than those who are still alive.

I want to help you choose to make the strengths of your ancestors your own.

This is where your Cliffhouse room becomes the House of Your Ancestors.  

So after you’ve practiced for a while being in charge of the changes you make, I will offer you further suggestions on how to make your House of Ancestors full of “angels” and how to help rid it of all the "demons".

and how l am learning to discrimate and discern whether its the angel or demon that comes through
....based on the total of thier experiences and how we could act out the destructive nature, am interested if thats what you mean?
